1. Who we are
OLIMPIC is a kickboxing and fitness gym in Uzgen, Kyrgyzstan. Contact: +996 557 909 949.
2. Data we collect
Visitors of the public site are not required to provide any personal data. Staff accounts sign in with Google (name, email). For the gym's internal records staff may store student names, phone numbers, photos, height, weight, attendance, payments and competition results.
3. Camera and photos
The app asks for access to the camera or photo library only when a staff member chooses to upload a photo. Photos are used solely for student, coach and gallery profiles.
4. Notifications
If you allow notifications, a device token is used only to send gym announcements. You can disable them in your phone settings at any time.
5. How data is protected
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS and stored on secure servers. Only approved administrators can access the admin panel; role management is restricted to the head administrator. We never sell or share personal data with advertisers.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data or your child's data by contacting the gym by phone. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
7. Children
Data of minors is entered only by gym staff with parental consent and is used only for training records.
